What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi for health is a soft form of Chinese martial art practised worldwide by people of all ages for its many benefits. It improves balance and coordination, strength and fitness, circulation, memory and wellbeing.

Qigong 

Qigong routines combine gentle movement and breathing to enhance the flow of qi (chi) energy around the body. Regular practise helps to maintain a strong healthy body and mind and is adaptable to suit the needs and wishes of the individual. It can also be helpful as part of a rehabilitation programme following illness or injury.
