For many people, practicing Tai Chi can lead to improvements in mental wellbeing and increased self-esteem.

Qigong and Tai Chi practise calms and focuses the mind and relaxes the body making it ideal for those experiencing stress, tension and anxiety.

The slow, gentle but purposeful movements combined with regular breathing can bring a deep sense of calm.

Classes and regular practise provide a space in which to rest and refresh mentally and physically.
